Already registered customer?

Our registered customers may order by phone, e-mail, fax or post. Your order will be then acknowledged and fulfilled quickly and accurately.
Please note that our offices are opened from 09:00 ~ 18:00 CET Monday to Friday.

Prices and quotations

Formal quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Quotations are normally established in Euro, but you may specify any other preferred currency.

Registered customers can receive a formal quotation with pro-forma invoice.

Orders

All orders are subject to our terms and conditions.

Delivery time is highly variable, depending both of the product and the quantity ordered. The quotation will always specify this delay.

Shipping

We prefer to ship on your choice of carrier, on your account (freight collect). Please inform us of your account number when placing an order.

Alternatively, we can ship via FedEx, UPS or La Poste on our account, and charge you a shipping & handling fee.

Payment terms

Our standard terms are 30 days net of invoice for approved credit accounts. Please ensure that payment in the agreed currency reaches us in full, without deduction of charges.

For non-account customers, payments must be addressed by SWIFT in Euro or USD before shipping.
